Misty’s son had a tragic trampoline accident that left him paralyzed from the chest down, and he had to sit away from the family during meals. Misty needed a way to accommodate the bulky wheelchair and once again enjoy connecting around the family table.

Coty, himself a foster parent and craftsman, understands the need to fit in. When Misty reached out to him, he instantly understood what she was looking for. He set about creating something that would allow them to sit down as a family again. Since Coty built the table, Misty’s family once again enjoys meals together.
